Child centric, Activity based, Result oriented, Innovative and Experimental Teaching- learning strategies are applied to ensure all round development of each child.

Effective mentoring is practiced in the school to care for the interests of all students enrolled. The day-to-day academic problems of students are sorted out and resolved through the Student Mentoring Cell, which assigns a batch of 25 students to a mentor. This mentor provides periodic counseling to promote better academic performance and resolves students' problems throughout the academic year.
